No. 82757/1931 of the 23rd May, 1931, we
attach a copy of a telegram received from
the Government of Hong Kong, together with
a draft of the Hong Kong Police agreement,
as revised, for return with your reply, and
shall be glad to receive your approval for
its use in connection with the engagement of
the four Constables authorised in your letter

are due to sail on the 2nd of September.

Received and dated 15th August, 1932.
With reference to your telegram of 4th August
Police agreement in Clause V substitute leave
for bonus and omit word "return" in second line.
Delete Clause VI and substitute the following
"officer who is retained may be granted 10 months
leave on full pay including voyage after first 5
years thereafter 9 months after 4 years resident
service" letter follows.
